Abstract Introduction While seen in patients with bipolar disorder due to NMS, antipsychotic side effects, or substance use, rhabdomyolysis resulting from behaviors mania has not been reported recent literature. We present a case of patient exertion during manic episode. Case A 29-year-old male history type 1 was brought the ED June 2022 after he found on roof local theater sharing excerpts book had written. Later, agitated overnight 10mg olanzapine 2mg lorazepam. Conclusion Rhabdomyolysis results release toxic cellular compounds fibers. Complications include acute renal failure, hyperkalemia, compartment syndrome. Causes medications, trauma, seizures, ischemia, overexertion, dehydration.
